Sea sports

We open with surf, paddleboarding, kitesurfing, windsurfing and wingfoiling. Bodyboarding and sea kayaking come later.

  • Kitesurfing

    A multi-session course: kite, bar and riding on your own

    2 – 3 h per session

  • Paddleboarding (SUP)

    Standing from day one, on the sea, an estuary or a reservoir

    90 min

  • Surf

    A session from the shore break out to the peak, board and wetsuit included

    90 – 120 min

  • Windsurfing

    From a stable board to planing, session by session

    2 – 3 h per session

  • Wingfoiling

    The fastest-growing wind sport, and the one with the fewest lessons on offer

How it works

  1. Pick an instructor and a session

    You see their qualification, the languages they teach in and the beaches where they work.

  2. Pay online, gear included

    At sea the board and wetsuit come from the instructor: the price you see already includes the gear.

  3. You meet on the beach

    You get the exact meeting point. If the sea does not cooperate, the instructor suggests another break or another time.

When to go

The main season runs from May to October, when the water is mild and conditions are steadier. On the Cantabrian coast and in the Canaries lessons run almost all year, with a thicker wetsuit in winter.
