Núcleo soriano del Sistema Ibérico entre los Picos de Urbión y la Sierra Cebollera, con el pequeño Punto de Nieve de Santa Inés como única infraestructura de nieve y un entorno de pinares y lagunas glaciares muy transitable con raquetas.

Parque Natural Laguna Negra y Circos Glaciares de Urbión, en el norte de Soria: pinares de Vinuesa y Covaleda, lagunas de origen glaciar y el Pico Urbión (2.228 m), la cota más alta del Sistema Ibérico soriano. Terreno de senderismo y, en invierno, de raquetas y esquí de travesía suave.
