Parque Natural de Fuentes Carrionas y Fuente Cobre, con más de sesenta cumbres por encima de 2.000 m y grandes valles glaciares. No hay ninguna estación de esquí en Palencia: el producto es 100 % raquetas, travesía y alpinismo.
Mountain
Parque Natural de 78.360 ha declarado en 2000, en el extremo norte de Palencia, con las cumbres de Curavacas y Espigüete como referentes, cabecera de los ríos Carrión y Pisuerga, oso pardo y urogallo. Es la montaña más agreste y menos frecuentada de Castilla y León.
