Siurana es uno de los destinos de escalada deportiva más conocidos del mundo, con más de 30 años de equipamiento sobre caliza vertical y de regletas, en un núcleo medieval de acceso muy tensionado. Su entorno (Arbolí, Prades, La Riba, Vilanova de Prades) completa una comarca de escalada, senderismo y BTT.

Restrictions and regulations
Acceso y aparcamiento regulados por el Ayuntamiento de Cornudella de Montsant: tres aparcamientos (P1 Castell, P2 y P3 Coll d'Esplugues) con tarifa plana de 3 € anuales; autocaravanas obligadas a estacionar en el camping de Siurana o en el campo de fútbol de Cornudella. En picos de afluencia (Semana Santa) se activa un bus lanzadera P3 → P1, de 11:00 a 19:00, con la tarifa de 3 €/vehículo/día incluyendo aparcamiento y transporte. La carretera T-3225 sufre cortes puntuales por obras. Además, el borrador del futuro Parc Natural de les Muntanyes de Prades mantiene restricciones a la escalada; según la alcaldesa de Cornudella podría afectar al 30 % de las vías actuales.
