No hay carreteras en el interior del espacio protegido, solo pistas forestales mayoritariamente sin asfaltar; el acceso motorizado más allá de las pistas señaladas requiere autorización. El acceso al interior se hace desde 11 pueblos perimetrales.

Restrictions and regulations
Sujeto a la zonificación de escalada del Parc Natural de la Serra de Montsant (zona libre / condicionada del 15 de julio al 31 de diciembre / prohibida). Acampada libre prohibida; pernocta en travesía máximo una noche, de puesta de sol hasta las 8 h. Actividades de empresa: notificación obligatoria al parque.

Restrictions and regulations
Zonificación de escalada del Parc Natural de la Serra de Montsant aprobada por la Junta Rectora del 19-11-2020: zona libre (escalada todo el año, apertura con notificación previa), zona condicionada (escalada solo del 15 de julio al 31 de diciembre; nuevas vías con autorización previa) y zona prohibida. Consultar el mapa de regulación vigente antes de programar. Las actividades organizadas o comercializadas requieren notificación al parque y están sujetas a precios públicos.

La Junta Rectora del 7 de julio de 2016 aprobó el recorrido de BTT del parque; las carreras organizadas deben ceñirse a ese itinerario. Acceso motorizado fuera de las pistas forestales señalizadas, prohibido sin autorización.
