What Parque Natural del Alto Tajo is

Uno de los mayores espacios protegidos de España (105.721 ha más 68.824 ha de zona periférica, Ley 1/2000), con cañones calizos, hoces y karst en los Montes Universales. La escalada y la espeleología están reguladas con detalle por el PRUG (Orden de 4 de abril de 2005).

    PRUG del Alto Tajo (Orden de 4 de abril de 2005, punto 2.18.1.d): escalada permitida fuera del periodo de nidificación (1 de enero a 15 de agosto) en la margen izquierda del río Gallo, excepto la vía abierta en el Pozo del Infierno. Queda expresamente prohibida la apertura de nuevas vías de escalada deportiva. No se requiere autorización previa fuera del periodo de cierre.

    PRUG del Parque Natural del Alto Tajo (Orden de 4 de abril de 2005), punto 2.18.1: la escalada está permitida FUERA del periodo de nidificación, que va del 1 de enero al 15 de agosto, y solo en las vías ya abiertas en los lugares listados por la norma, entre ellos las Paredes de Peralejos de las Truchas. Fuera de ese periodo NO se requiere autorización previa. Área mantenida por Unión AMEGU como colaborador regional.

Autorización previa obligatoria todo el año para grupos de más de tres personas o para entidades jurídicas (asociaciones, clubes, empresas de turismo en la naturaleza). Se tramita telemáticamente por el formulario de propósito general del registro único de la JCCM, indicando actividad, solicitante y participantes.
