Litoral de acantilados bajos y medios con cantos y calas de grava, fondos rocosos hasta 20 m y muy escasa ocupación humana de la costa, lo que mantiene las comunidades biológicas en buen estado.
Restrictions and regulations
Reserva Marina de la Serra d'Irta: 941 ha, con una zona de reserva marina integral hasta los 10 m de profundidad y el resto hasta los 20 m. Es zona de interés pesquero con artes artesanales autorizadas desde Peñíscola, Benicarló y Vinaròs. El snorkel en la costa de Irta no requiere permiso específico, pero conviene verificar la zonificación integral antes de programar rutas.
