Tramo entre la desembocadura del Guadalquivir y Rota, con playas anchas de poco fondo y bajos rocosos. Es sobre todo zona de kitesurf y wingfoil de agua plana, muy dependiente de la marea, con mejor viento en invierno y fuerte presión de bañistas en verano.

Playa de arena con algo de ola y pocos peligros. Se navega con viento de oeste a oesteseoroeste. Corrales de pesca y bajos rocosos en algunos tramos con marea baja.

invierno y entretiempo para viento; verano para SUP
What it's like
El Rompidillo / Chorrillo funciona con levante y sureste, con poca ola y mar casi plana en marea baja: es el mejor terreno de aprendizaje de la zona. Punta Candor recibe viento fuerte del sur y la usan windsurfistas. Playa de la Luz solo para avanzados por fondo rocoso.
Restrictions and regulations
Playa de la Luz se cita como alternativa estival pero solo para nivel avanzado por rocas. Balizamiento de baño en verano. La base naval de Rota limita determinadas áreas del litoral; no verificado el alcance exacto.

mejor en invierno para viento; verano restringido
What it's like
Playa central junto a la desembocadura del Guadalquivir; funciona con vientos del norte y noreste. La playa de La Jara, entre Sanlúcar y Chipiona, es la que usan las escuelas: poca ola y agua plana con marea baja. Ojo a la corriente del río en la bocana.
Restrictions and regulations
En verano el acceso al agua para kite está restringido por la presencia de bañistas. La orilla opuesta es Parque Nacional de Doñana: no se puede desembarcar ni operar en la margen izquierda sin autorización.
