    What it's like

    Arenal de ~3,5 km con picos variables y una derecha en la Illa Percebelleira; mejor con marea baja. Aguanta tamaño cuando Pantín se queda pequeño y pega más fuerte que el inside de Pantín, por lo que las fuentes consultadas la sitúan para intermedios y avanzados y desaconsejan la primera sesión aquí.

    Restrictions and regulations

    Colinda con la Lagoa da Frouxeira, espacio protegido de la Red Natura; no verificado el régimen de actividades en la zona lagunar.

    mejor en verano

    What it's like

    Alternativa más tranquila de la zona: olas consistentes pero generalmente más pequeñas y accesibles, con el pico del Peñón como referencia. Funciona con marea baja-media y las fuentes la describen como apta para principiantes e intermedios, sobre todo en verano.

    What it's like

    Ensenada curvada de ~1,4-2 km que aguanta bien swell de oeste y norte, con un pico de derechas potente en el extremo norte y picos de beach break más suaves en el resto. Las fuentes consultadas la describen como más pesada y exigente que los spots vecinos: no es playa de primer día salvo con mar muy pequeño y en la zona central.

    todo el año; el evento internacional se disputa a finales de agosto

    What it's like

    Beach break de varios picos, probablemente el spot más consistente de toda la costa gallega: funciona con casi cualquier dirección de swell y mantiene tamaño cuando el resto está plano. Derechas e izquierdas; las izquierdas son más largas y potentes. En días buenos los picos principales están masificados y con mucho nivel en el agua. NO es un spot de primeras clases.

    Restrictions and regulations

    Durante el ABANCA Pantin Classic Galicia Pro (WSL QS, finales de agosto) la playa queda ocupada por la competición: agua restringida y accesos condicionados.

    Playa de la 'Costa das Ondas' en la desembocadura del río Grande de Xuvia, más resguardada que Pantín. Nivel concreto de oleaje no verificado en fuente independiente.
