Teach on the slopes. We handle the rest.

Alpify Pro is the platform for Alpify instructors. Here's everything we'll ask for to sign you up, so you can gather your paperwork ahead of time.

Start your application

We'll create an account in application mode so you can start whenever you like. You can save your progress and come back later; the application goes through our review before it's activated.

What you need to sign up

You don't need everything ready before you start: create your account and upload each item at your own pace. This is what we'll ask for.

  • Personal and contact details

    Full name, national ID (DNI/NIE), phone and address.

  • Self-employed registration and tax details

    Proof of self-employed registration (Spanish modelo 036/037) or your company details. You invoice your lessons through Alpify.

  • Sports qualification

    Your sports-instructor diploma or federation certification for what you teach (ski, snowboard…).

  • Liability insurance

    A valid civil-liability policy covering your activity as an instructor.

  • Criminal-record certificate (sexual offences)

    Legally required to work with minors in Spain. Requested free of charge from the Ministry of Justice.

  • Bank account for payouts

    You'll connect your account with Stripe at the end, once your application is approved. We charge the client and transfer the payout to you.

  • Your public profile

    Photo, a short bio, languages, disciplines, the resorts where you teach and your hourly rate.

  • Consent and contract

    Acceptance of the instructor contract and of the processing of your data (GDPR).

How signing up works

A process designed to be unhurried: create your account, gather your papers when you can, and we review.

    Create your Alpify Pro account

    Sign up in application mode and open your portal, where you'll see everything that's still missing.

  2. 02

    Upload your documents at your pace

    Fill in your details and upload each file whenever you have it, in any order. It saves automatically.

  3. 03

    Submit for review

    Once every item is complete, press "Submit" and your application goes to review.

  4. 04

    We review your application

    We check it document by document. If something's missing or needs fixing, we email you and you sort it out without starting over.

  5. 05

    Connect your payouts with Stripe

    Once approved, you connect your bank account with Stripe and we verify everything is ready to get paid.

  6. 06

    You're an instructor!

    We activate your profile and you start receiving bookings. Manage your season from the Alpify Pro app.

How the money works

We charge the client at booking and pay you after the lesson, straight to your Stripe account. Alpify's fee: 10%. No monthly fees and no sign-up cost.
